Brasil and the Gallowbrothers Band to nowa, druga po One Inch of Shadow, kwatera główna kolektywu - t.e.r., Rafał Michałowski, Tomek Mirt - muzyków znanych z licznych produkcji wydanych pod szyldami różnych wytwórni, m.in. założonej przez siebie Cat Sun. Muzycy tworzą od połowy lat dziewięćdziesiątych razem i solo. Na żywo uczestniczyli we wspólnych improwizacjach między innymi z amerykańskimi psychofolkowcami z Black Forest/Black Sea i Stworamiwodnymi. Zespół występował między innymi na Wroclaw Industrial Festival, Muzyce w Krajobrazie, festiwalu Audio Art., Apostazja Festival i Temple of Silence. Ich nagrania znalazły się na kilku składankach na całym œwiecie obok takich wykonawców jak Legendary Pink Dots, Tony Wakeford, Hybrids, Tor Lundvall, Birchville Cat Motel, My Cat is an Alien, Fursaxa, Francisco López czy Bardo Pond. Muzycy jako Brasil wydali cztery płyty. Pierwsza ­ "Wander Till Spring" (2002) ­ ukazała się nakładem Cat Sun i została wznowiona na CD przez Nefryt, druga ­ "The Band Plays On, The Dunes Move On (Caught Me with Your Eyes Closed)" (2003) jest dostępna dzięki amerykańskiemu Last Visible Dog, kolejne dwie "Legionowo" (2005) i "Hi Brasil Is Where We Are" (2007) wydało MonotypeRec.

Brasil and the Gallowbrothers Band is a second, after One Inch of Shadow, headquarters of t.e.r., Rafał Michałowski and Tomek Mirt. Since 1995 theyve created music together and solo. As One Inch of Shadow, Mirt, Dominic Savio and Brasil they had recorded for numerous labels (Perun, Nefryt, MonotypeRec., Digitalis Industries, Last Visible Dog) including their own, Cat Sun. On stage they collaborated e.g. with Black Forest/Black Sea and Stwory. They performed, among others: at Wrocaw Industrial Festival, Muzyka w Krajobrazie in Inowłódź, Audio Art in Warsaw,Temple of Silence in Międzybóż and Apostazja Festiwal in Poznan. Many of their compositions were placed on compilations among such artists as Legendary Pink Dots, Tony Wakeford, Hybrids, Tor Lundvall, Birchville Cat Motel, My Cat is an Alien, Fursaxa, Francisco López or Bardo Pond. Known as Brasil, they launched four albums: Wander Till Spring" (Cat Sun), The Band Plays On, The Dunes Move On (Caught Me with Your Eyes Closed) (Last Visible Dog), Legionowo (MonotypeRec) and Hi Brasil is Where we are (MonotypeRec.).
